Matt started out directing music-promos back in 2010, as well as working as an Assistant Director on commercials. He finally ventured into the world of Film and HETV Drama in 2012, gaining more experience on bigger productions. A decade later and Matt has established himself as a Location Managers in the North of England, working on some of the biggest drama's in the world. His resumé of work has seen him Location managing the Northern section of Netflix's 'The Crown’, the Apple drama 'Invasion' and more recently, the latest series of ‘Peaky Blinders’ (see IMBD page - https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7582827/).

 

During this time, Matt was also fortunate enough to direct a number of second unit shoots on shows such as Sky one's ‘Brassic’, ITV’s ‘Ridley’ and a string of CBBC dramas. His music promos have also notched up more than two million views across this period (https://vimeo.com/795533410)

Matt is currently in the pre-production phase on his short film 'Happy Meat', as well as developing several other shorts and one feature. Filming for 'Happy Meat' will commence in 2023.
